How do Top Dog Prizes competitions work?
You buy entries for a competition on our website.
Each competition can include instant wins, a main draw, or both.
Some prizes are won immediately, others are drawn live at the end.
Every ticket helps support dog charities – so even if luck isn’t on your side, dogs still win 🐾
What are Instant Wins?
Instant Wins are prizes you can win immediately when you enter.
If you hit an Instant Win:
- You’ll see it on-screen instantly
- You’ll also receive an email confirmation
No waiting. No guessing. If you win, you’ll know right away.
I’ve won an Instant Win – what happens next?
Nice one 🎉 Here’s how it works:
- You’ll receive an email telling you what you’ve won
- If you won a cash instant win your wallet will be credited instantly!
- The email will ask you to log into your account and upload your bank details
- You can now request to withdraw cash with a minimum balance of £20
- Once your details are submitted, your prize is paid within 24 hours
- In most cases, it’s much faster

We’ll ship it to the delivery address on file in your account.
In most cases, we’ll contact you to confirm your address and any final details.
If your prize is dog-related (such as beds, toys, or sized items), we’ll reach out to confirm your dog’s size and any other details we need before dispatch.
Once everything is confirmed, your Instant Win will be shipped out to you.
Why do you need my bank details?
For security and speed.
We only ask for bank details after you’ve won, and they’re uploaded securely inside your account. This lets us pay you quickly and safely, with no back-and-forth.
How long do payouts take?
- Instant Wins: within 24 hours (usually much quicker)
- Draw prizes: paid after the live draw once the winner is confirmed

Are tickets refundable?
All entries are final, as stated at checkout.
Once a competition has started, entries can’t be refunded.
