Top Dog Prizes – Refer a Friend Program Terms
1. Overview
The Top Dog Prizes Refer a Friend Program rewards registered players for introducing genuine new customers to the platform.
By participating in this program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Top Dog Prizes reserves the right to interpret and apply these terms at its sole discretion.
2. How the Program Works
Each registered player receives a unique referral link after placing their first paid order.
You may share your referral link with friends.
A referral is considered successful once the referred individual:
- Registers a new account using your referral link
- Completes their first qualifying paid order of £10 or more
Once the qualifying criteria are met and verified, referral rewards are issued to both you and your referred friend.
Referral Attribution
Referral attribution is determined solely by the referral link used when the referred customer registers their account.
If a referred customer does not register via your link, the referral will not be recognised.
Top Dog Prizes is not responsible for referrals lost due to links not being used, browser issues, or incorrect sharing.
3. Referral Rewards
Referral rewards are structured as follows:
- £10 account credit for each successful verified referral
- £10 bonus upon reaching 5 successful verified referrals
- £20 bonus upon reaching 10 successful verified referrals
Milestone bonuses are awarded in addition to the standard £10 per referral.
Referred customers receive £10 account credit after completing their first qualifying paid order of £10 or more using your referral link.
All referral rewards are subject to fair use, verification, and fraud checks.
Top Dog Prizes reserves the right to cap, adjust, withhold, or refuse referral rewards in cases of excessive, abnormal, or suspicious activity.
4. Qualification Criteria
A referral will only qualify when all of the following conditions are met:
- The referred individual is a new customer who has not previously placed an order
- The referred customer registered their account using your referral link
- The referred customer completes their first paid order of £10 or more
- The order is not cancelled, refunded, reversed, charged back, or disputed
Only the referred customer's first qualifying completed order is eligible for referral credit.
5. Non-Qualifying Referrals
The following will not qualify for referral rewards:
- Self-referrals (using your own link)
- Referring an existing customer
- Orders under £10 in value
- Cancelled, refunded, reversed, or disputed transactions
- Duplicate or multiple accounts created by the same individual
- Referral link sharing on coupon websites, discount forums, paid advertising platforms, or incentivised distribution without prior written consent
- Any activity deemed abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, automated, or in bad faith
Any misuse of referral links, including self-referrals, creation of multiple accounts, or use of multiple email addresses controlled by the same individual, will result in all related activity being treated as fraudulent.
In these cases, all entries will be null and void, any associated orders may be cancelled, and any winnings will not be paid out. Top Dog Prizes reserves the right to reverse any benefits gained and take further action where necessary.
6. First Order Rule
Referral rewards are generated only from the referred customer's first completed qualifying order.
If a referred customer places a second or subsequent order, no additional referral reward will be issued.
7. Issuance of Credit
- Referral rewards are issued as account credit
- The referred friend's £10 credit is issued after their first qualifying order has been completed and verified
- The referrer's £10 credit is issued after the referred friend's qualifying order has been verified
- Processing times may vary
- Referral credit may be subject to standard platform wagering, withdrawal, and verification requirements
- Referral rewards may be reversed if the referred customer's transaction is later cancelled, refunded, disputed, reversed, or found to breach platform rules
8. Fair Use & Program Integrity
The referral program is intended to reward genuine recommendations.
Top Dog Prizes reserves the right to investigate referral activity and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
Any attempt to exploit or manipulate the system may result in:
- Removal of referral rewards
- Suspension of account access
- Permanent exclusion from the referral program
All decisions made by Top Dog Prizes regarding referral eligibility are final.
